such a nice owl.

Take back what I said about privacy - Ive just been tracked down by an old Welsh friend in Kent! Hey I think I can get used to this technology!
Task 20 completed - watched YouTube videos people have made regarding libraries
Task 21 completed - listened to Radio 2 (BBC) on podcast
Task 19 completed - no photo of pet on hand so I put a photo of an owl I met in the UK on wiki instead!
Task 22 Completed - I use SKYPE to contact family overseas, I played with MEEBO and MSN messenger.

FEEDBACK - I really liked the way this was set up, I only wish that I had more time to immmerse myself more into the activities and applications. Maybe part timers should have had 11 and a half things to complete! As much as we use computers these days, some of these applications you would only connect to if it was useful in your life, and it's good to be reminded what is available in cyberspace. I can see how Facebook became massive, but I still think it can be invasion of privacy.

Task 18 completed. I dont think the Library 2.0 model will replace traditional libraries, I think new technologies will work together with the traditional library model - it's hard to say what will work at this moment in time as electronic databases and e books are at their very infancy.
